Brig general cantore
Brig. Gen. Matthew S. Cantore is the Deputy Commander, Space Training and Readiness Command, temporarily located at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado. STARCOM was established as a Field Command on Aug. 21, 2021, and is responsible for preparing the U.S. Space Force and more than 8,600 Guardians to prevail in competition and conflict through innovative education, training, doctrine and test activities. Brig. Gen. Cantore is a 1998 graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy with a degree in space operations. He is a Master Space Operations officer and has commanded the 3rd Space Experimentation Squadron, 21st Operations Group and Space Delta 2. Brig. Gen. Cantore’s staff assignments include positions at the Joint Staff; 14th Air Force and Joint Force Component Command - Space; Headquarters U.S. Air Force; Headquarters Air Force Space Command; Headquarters Space Operations Command; and U.S. Space Command. Prior to his current position, Brig. Gen. Cantore served as the Chief of Current Operations, U.S. Space Command.

Jenny Christen is a Program and Business Intelligence Lead at the Space Information Sharing and Analysis Center (Space ISAC). In this role, she develops automation workflows and business intelligence practices that help strengthen connections across the global Space ISAC community. She also facilitates member working groups focused on emerging topics such as quantum technologies in space and artificial intelligence. Jenny earned her Bachelor of Science in Data Analytics and Systems Engineering from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs in December 2024. Her previous experience includes internships with Charter Communications (Spectrum), where she served as a Business Intelligence Speech Analyst specializing in natural language processing and with the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs as an Experimental Data Analyst studying bathymetry data to support predictive modeling. Outside of her work, Jenny enjoys traveling throughout Colorado with her boyfriend, hiking with her dad, and practicing Taiko drumming with her mom.

Dr. Seth M. Porter serves as Dean of the Kraemer Family Library and Chief Innovation Officer at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. He leads the university’s library and innovation efforts, including collections, archives, research support, and interdisciplinary programs that connect faculty, students, and community partners. He is a co-founder of the C3 Innovation Lab, where he works to strengthen the university’s innovation ecosystem by supporting collaboration, new ideas, and real-world problem solving. His leadership focuses on building practical systems that help people do their best work, integrating emerging technologies, and aligning strategy, resources, and partnerships to support research and student success. Before UCCS, Dr. Porter held leadership roles at Princeton University and the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he helped expand digital scholarship, data services, and modern learning environments. His work and research focus on innovation, organizational strategy, and the role of institutions in supporting discovery and economic development. He has also studied emerging wine regions and how markets and policy shape their growth. Dr. Porter holds a doctorate in public administration along with graduate degrees in library science and public policy, and has completed executive education in strategy, innovation, and leaders
